  • Confirm available date to start
  • Property Ready for rental-fix any suggestions.
  • Get keys organised for agent
  • Fill in Landlord Forms
  • Arrange Landlord insurance and send outgoing’s information to agent
  • Agent will be in contact with you at all times through the tenant process and beyond

MANAGEMENTS TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER AGENT

  • Agent / Owner Meeting—Speak to us

  • Agent will prepare forms for you to sign and send back to existing agent
  • Agent will arrange everything else on your behalf, contact tenants
  • Fill in Landlord Form
  • Arrange Landlord insurance if not already arranged & outgoing’s information to agent
  • Agent will be in contact with you at all times through the process and beyond
