  2. Private Treaty - (For Sale) The property is listed on the market for a fixed price.

Brochures
Full colour A4 brochures are produced and handed out at every inspection. Floor plans are also printed on the back of the property brochures.

Photography & Virtual Tour
All properties listed have the choice to use our professional photographer to achieve those perfect photographs. Virtual tour are also produced at the same time by our photographer.

Photo signboards
Large format 1.8m x 1.2m photo signboards with description and wings are used. Lights are available for night visibility.

Window Display
Potential buyers cannot fail to see our office, which features either A4 or A3 sized designer display of your property and bright night illumination.

All properties listed are posted on the Hilary Lazarus Real Estate web site, as well as realestate.com.au/property.com.au, domain.com.au and justlisted.com.au. to give you the greatest exposure possible.
