Hilary Lazarus Real Estate, is a division of the Lazarus Group; the Lazarus Group is the holding company of a group of companies specialising in property and investment in Australia. The Lazarus Group is broken into 5 main divisions they comprise of the following businesses:

1. Hilary Lazarus Real Estate
   Hilary Lazarus Real Estate was formed from Asset Realty St Ives to encompass the residential real estate market in the upper north shore in Sydney Australia. The Company has been in existence since 1998 and is the first division of the Lazarus Group. It is also the financial lynch pin of the group's anticipated success.


2. Lazarus Commercial
   Lazarus Commercial has grown from within Hilary Lazarus Real Estate to encompass the commercial side of real estate and will deal with the Sale and Lease of both commercial and industrial properties in the greater Sydney area. At the moment we have only started to dabble in the commercial area of leasing but throughout this plan the eventual goal of developing a full fledge commercial arm will be addressed.


3. Lazarus Developments
   The core business of the Lazarus Group will be Lazarus Developments, occupying the bulk of the time directors of the company. Lazarus Developments will seek to find, acquire and develop a variety of property throughout the greater Sydney area. Once developed, the company will have the choice of either selling the development to the greater market or to Lazarus Investments.


4. Lazarus Investments
   Owns and controls the investments created by Lazarus Developments as well as a variety of other investments. Lazarus Investments controls the following investments for the Lazarus Group:
   
   
   1. Property; Including capital growth, negative/positive geared
   
   
   2. Stocks; Including Shares, Options, Warrants and Futures
   
   
   3. Companies; Investing in companies that provide a return to the stakeholders
5. Lazarus Tomko Lawyers
   Lazarus Tomko Lawyers is a separate entity that has existed as Lazarus Smith Lawyers for the past decade. Utilising the strength and expertise of the law, the Lazarus Group will use all the resources of Lazarus Tomko Lawyers to aid in understanding and allowing all necessary matters be handled in a professional, legal and ethical manner.

Sub Divisions
In addition to the 5 main divisions some smaller companies may operate or utilise the resources of the Lazarus Group. These will be private companies that utilise joint ventures in seeking to address any problem or issue the Lazarus Group may have. These smaller companies may also aid in the direction of building of certain projects. Examples include, architecture, interior architecture, landscape design and building.
